Another successfully completed project: we installed a standalone explosion-proof filter system for aspiration of crushers in the coal fuel transportation line at CHPP-2.

Flat "envelope" bags provide a large filtration area in a compact footprint and consistent efficiency. Dust is collected in a hopper and discharged through a screw and rotary feeder into a container for return to the process—reducing losses and a cleaner work area.

An 11 kW compressor station (up to 2 m³/min) with a dryer and automation (air, dust, vibration and temperature control) ensures safe and stable operation 24/7.

Delivery, installation supervision, and commissioning were completed on a turnkey basis by specialists from TITAN TPG LLC in 2025.
