          • HOW THE TITAN AIRLOCK WORKS

            Employees can easily enter the booth, activate the system with the press of a button, and quickly clean their work clothes without removing them or their protective gear. During operation, the system delivers a stream of air through high-speed, adjustable nozzles. Within 20-30 seconds, the airflow effectively removes even deeply embedded dust, which is then fed to a filtration system located outside the booth.

            The filtration system is a powerful, stand-alone unit with automatic cleaning via mechanical shaking. No compressed air is required for filter cleaning, ensuring filtration efficiency of up to 99.9%, depending on the composition and particle size of the dust.

            Easy access for maintenance is provided through the front of the unit. A tray is installed under the floor to collect dirt and large dust particles, including dust from shoes. The system is equipped with a removable dust container; all removed dust is collected in dust bags or discharged into the exhaust system.

          The principle of operation of AirScrape

          AirScrape ®is a side skirt sealing system for belt conveyors that was developed, patented, and manufactured in Germany according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental protection.

          This contactless skirt sealing system acts as a highly efficient side seal and is suspended above the conveyor belt. Thanks to the unique diagonal arrangement of hardened plates, air is directed from outside to the center of the belt, creating an airflow suction. The movement of material and the moving support of the belt increase the suction effect, so fine dust particles remain in the conveyor section. Additionally, coarse materials that are pushed out are redirected back to the center of the belt by the plates, significantly reducing spillage.

          The innovative design of AirScrape ®has a threefold positive effect. This conveyor belt sealing system reduces spills and dust generation at transfer points and other critical areas of the conveyor chain.           How AirScrape works

          AirScrape ® — is a side skirt sealing system for belt conveyors that was developed, patented and manufactured in Germany in accordance with the highest quality, safety and environmental standards.

          This non-contacting conveyor skirt sealing system, which acts as a highly effective side seal, is suspended above the conveyor belt. A unique diagonal arrangement of hardened vanes directs air from the outside into the center of the belt, creating air suction. The movement of the material and the moving belt support enhance the suction effect, ensuring that fine dust particles remain within the conveyor section. Furthermore, coarse materials pushed outward are directed back into the center of the belt by the vanes, significantly reducing spillage.
