We designed and installed a coal dust aspiration system based on four explosion-proof flat-bag filter units at the thermal power plant's TTP transfer units.

Filter and exhaust units without a dust bin capture dust and immediately return it to the fuel supply process – the dust is discharged onto a conveyor.

▪️ Automatic filter cleaning ensures continuous operation of the systems without interruption
▪️ Explosion protection of systems improves the technological safety of the enterprise

Technical characteristics of the installations:

▪️ Dust-air mixture filtration class — > 98%
▪️ Productivity: 5000 m³/h
▪️ Each filter is equipped with an independent compressor and compressed air preparation unit

All work: supply, installation, commissioning, compressor installation, fabrication of support structures and aspiration covers for conveyor transfer points were completed by our specialists at TITAN TPG in the fall of 2025 on a turnkey basis 🛠️
