The CLK airless oil supply system is a simple, reliable and easy-to-install solution for lubricating roller chains on industrial conveyors.

The system consists of a central unit with a reservoir, an automatic system, and a positive displacement pump for delivering a precise amount of lubricant through spray nozzles to each friction point of the chain's moving links. None of the system components are in mechanical contact with the chain, eliminating the risk of wear and potential dirt accumulation. All components are corrosion-resistant. The nozzles and lines are suitable for high-temperature operation (200°C/400 °F).
