Oil Flow Continuity Sensor GS4011/GS6011

For oil-air lubrication systems

Oil-air centralized lubrication systems are used for high-speed rolling bearings in machine tool spindle assemblies. These systems require extremely small amounts of lubricant to be supplied to the bearings (minimum quantity lubrication). The oil is delivered to the bearing through the walls of the pipeline as a thin film of lubricant.

The oil flow continuity sensor allows you to monitor the precise amount of oil flowing along the wall of the auxiliary pipeline to the oil-air mixing point. The closer the sensor is to the lubrication point, the more reliable the monitoring process.
