Single-line lubrication systems
For short and medium length pipelines and virtually all lubricants
Regardless of the application, the principle of single-line lubrication remains the same: a central pump station automatically delivers lubricant through a single pipeline to metering devices. Each metering device serves only one lubrication point and can be adjusted to deliver the required amount of grease or oil.
Systems can provide lubrication for a single unit, different areas of a single unit, or even several individual units.
Advantages
- The systems are easy to install, use and maintain.
- Suitable for use with most types of lubricants
- Reliability
- Easy system scaling
- The systems continue to operate even if one of the lubrication points is blocked.
- Possibility of delivering lubricant over long distances in a wide temperature range
Application areas
- Machine tools
- Process automation
- Printing machines
- Trucks/off-road equipment
- Construction equipment and equipment for the forestry industry
- Cement industry
- Food industry
- Rail transport
- Metallurgy
- And much more

Operating principle
Description
All single-line metering devices operate virtually in parallel. Two operating principles can be used.
Dosing devices with pre-lubrication cycle:
The pump delivers lubricant through the main line to the metering devices. These devices deliver a pre-accumulated amount of lubricant to the lubrication points under pressure generated by the pump. The pressure in the main line is then released, allowing the metered amount of lubricant to flow into the accumulator inside the device. This lubricant is then delivered to the lubrication point during the next lubrication cycle.
Metering devices with subsequent lubrication cycle:
During the lubrication cycle, lubricant flows into the storage chambers of the metering devices. This amount is delivered to the lubrication point only after the pressure in the main pipeline has been relieved (a relubrication effect).
The dosing quantities for both types of dosing devices can be easily changed by replacing their dosing nipples.
