The Nederman L-PAK industrial vacuum cleaner is the ideal solution for dust and fume extraction in all industries. Typical applications include welding shops, auto body shops, construction mix manufacturing, composite materials manufacturing, carbon fiber manufacturing, and more. The L-PAK is also suitable for cleaning workstations and workshop floors. Its compact design, light weight, and special frame make it easy to place and move with a forklift. The integrated PLC controller provides high functionality and can be easily updated with new features. Automatic remote start/stop saves energy, extends service life, and ensures the vacuum cleaner is turned off when you leave work.
Safe to use
Idle and temperature monitoring features reduce the risk of fan overheating. There's also an indicator light to indicate when service is required.
Unique and economical filter concept
The L-PAK filter concept is unique, combining high filter efficiency with a long service life. A dynamic gearbox separates coarse particles. Fine particles are separated on a treated surface with a long service life. The polypropylene fine filter can be easily replaced with an antistatic filter if needed. A microfilter can also be added to filter even the finest particles.
Automatic filter cleaning as standard.
Continuous high performance is achieved with automatic filter cleaning (as standard). The L-PAK uses a short burst of reverse airflow to clean the filter. By rapidly opening a valve located above the filters, a powerful air pulse is created, effectively removing dust from the filter pads.
Complete and ready to use
We can supply complete installations, but if you prefer to install your own system, it's very easy. Nederman also offers a wide range of accessories, such as cleaning equipment, vacuum valves, swivel brackets, and sanding tools with integrated extraction and dust collection.
