L-PAK 150 improved

Compact stationary high vacuum unit with high filtration efficiency, increased flexibility and advanced features

Description

The Nederman L-PAK offers the ideal solution for dust and fume extraction in all types of industries. Typical applications include welding shops, body shops, construction, bakeries, industrial laundries, and more. The L-PAK is also ideal for cleaning workstations and workshop floors. The L-PAK is easy to install and move thanks to its compact design, light weight, and forklift-compatible frame. The integrated PLC control provides high functionality and can be easily updated with new features. Automatic start/stop saves energy and extends the life of the unit. The remote start/stop feature makes it easy to ensure everything is turned off when you leave work.

Safe to use
Idle and temperature monitoring features reduce the risk of fan overheating. An indicator also indicates when service is required.

A unique and economical filtration concept

The L-PAK's filtration concept is unique, combining high filtration efficiency with a long service life. A dynamic gearbox separates large particles. Fine particles are separated by a filter with a treated surface, ensuring a long service life. A PTFE filter is standard in the Advanced model, but can be easily replaced with an anti-static filter if needed. A microfilter can also be added to filter even the smallest particles.

Automatic filter cleaning as standard.
Continuous high performance is achieved through automatic filter cleaning (standard). The L-PAK uses a short pulse of reverse atmospheric air to clean the filter. By rapidly opening a valve located at the top of the filters, a powerful air pulse is created that effectively removes dust from the filter bags.

Ready to use
We can supply ready-made systems, but if you prefer to install the system yourself, it's very simple. Nederman also offers a wide range of accessories, such as cleaning equipment, vacuum valves, rotating brackets, and sanding tools with integrated fume and dust extraction systems.

L-PAK Advanced models offer additional features such as improved sound insulation and expanded functions in the PLC/control system that can handle additional external signals (DPS, BLI, pilot signal, etc.), adjustable cleaning cycle, start/stop timer functions, etc.
