The FilterBox 10A++ features an N24 fan with a maximum airflow of 1000 m³/h and is ideal for intermittent dust or smoke applications. The ePTFE media technology used in the 13m² cartridge is ideal for challenging dust or smoke applications. This technology provides significant operational benefits, such as higher efficiency and filtration speed, resulting in better filter cleanability and longer cleaning intervals. These benefits translate into improved filter life, performance, and lower cost of ownership.
The FilterBox features an advanced control system that indicates pressure drop via a series of LEDs and an LCD display. When air flow is too low, an audible signal precedes the start of an automatic, motorized compressed air cleaning cycle. To remove dust, the unit uses mechanical cleaning. For welding gases, it uses a combination of mechanical cleaning and compressed air cleaning. A built-in muffler reduces fan and exhaust noise. Additional protection from harmful particles is provided by installing an optional HEPA filter.
FilterBox 10A++ is available as a mobile unit on wheels and for stationary installation.
