As part of the "Modernization of the Crushing and Sorting Complex at the Aksu Phase-2 Mill" project, our specialists successfully implemented an aspiration system for the additional crusher housing and the coarse ore storage facility.

Technical solutions🔻

• class F9 filters with a cleaning efficiency of up to a residual concentration of 20 mg/m³ with a dust-air mixture content of up to 100 g/m³;
• two filtration systems with a total capacity of 50,000 m³/h;
• two independent compressor units in heated containers with an air filtration and drying system.

Features of our aspiration system 🔻

• fully automated control;
• collection of gold-containing dust in closed containers with subsequent return of the raw material to the production process;
• extended filter life and minimal maintenance costs.

Construction, installation, and commissioning work, including the installation of air ducts and local exhaust systems, were completed on a turnkey basis by specialists from TPG TITAN LLC in the summer of 2025, ahead of contract deadlines.
