Телескопический загрузчик NZKF300EA для комбинированной загрузки предназначен для загрузки сыпучих, порошкообразных и зерновых материалов как в закрытые транспортные средства, цистерны, емкости, бункеры, контейнеры, хопперы, так и в открытые бортовые транспортные средства и подачи сыпучих материалов на открытые площадки хранения.

Execution:

• the upper (frame) part is a supporting component on which an electric drive with a gearbox, a system for guiding and sagging cables, and limit switches with built-in and adjustable position sensors are installed;
• the middle part – the transport vault – is designed for transporting and directing the loaded material;
• нижняя часть – уплотнительный конус с полимерным покрытием, который герметично стыкуется с загрузочным люком. Уплотнительный конус оснащен запирающим конусом – закрывает высыпное отверстие загрузочного устройства перед поднятием его в верхнюю позицию и предотвращает попадание частиц пыли в окружающую среду. На запирающем конусе установлен датчик уровня материала, сигнализирующий о заполнении емкости загружаемым материалом. Уплотнительный посадочный конус оснащен пыленепроницаемым колоколом с резина-тканевыми пластинами, формирующими «юбку». Во время открытой загрузки – колокол находится в непрерывном контакте с загружаемым материалом и предотвращает выделение пыли из-под загрузчика. Подъем и опускание пылезащитного колокола осуществляется в автоматическом режиме, с помощью отдельного привода.
