The full force of the bulk material's fall places high loads on the belt in the transfer zone, increasing material, energy, and operating costs. To compensate for the belt load and maintain compaction in the transfer zone, the roller density in the corresponding feed zone is typically increased. Depending on the load, this measure can lead to improvements, but it does not completely eliminate belt damage.

The SureSupport system provides support and stability for the belt at the transfer point. This improves side sealing efficiency, helps suppress dust, and minimizes material leakage.
