Телескопические загрузчики SHIPLOADER тип NZO850SL для открытой загрузки предназначены для загрузки сыпучих, порошкообразных и зерновых материалов в открытые транспортные суда и корабли.

Execution:
- the upper (frame) part is a supporting component on which an electric drive with a gearbox, a system for guiding and sagging cables, and limit switches with built-in and adjustable position sensors are installed;
- the middle part – the transport arch – is designed for transporting and directing the loaded material;
- The lower section features a rotating bucket, rotating 360° with an electric drive, ensuring uniform filling of the vessel's holds. The lower section is equipped with material level sensors that ensure gradual lifting of the telescopic loader while maintaining constant contact with the bulk material. A protective cage ensures the equipment is protected during operation.
Distinguishing characteristics:
- ensures uniform distribution of cargo in the holds, which guarantees no shift in the center of gravity of the vessels and greater stability on the water;
- equipping the loading device with material level sensors that ensure gradual lifting of the telescopic loader while maintaining constant contact with the bulk pile of material;
- automatic, gradual lifting of the rotary bucket of the loading device, provided by an electric winch and the STOP&GO system;
- transport arch material: black steel;
- tube design of the transport vault;
- reliable three-cable design of the transport arch, eliminating skewing and, as a result, collapse of the telescopic loader;
- Cable supply is achieved using a cable drum/reel.
Additional equipment:
- a special console for installation on an inclined conveyor or ship loading machine, which allows the telescopic loader to tilt away from the vertical axis;
- control cabinet;
- anti-slip coating of the protective cage;
- variable material execution of the transport arch: stainless steel, abrasive-resistant HARDOX;
- lining of the transport arch: polyurethane, Vautid, HARDOX, CDP (CastoDur Diamond Plates);
- Dust-proof corrugation – as an external transport vault, with temperature resistance of -40 °C/+250 °C;
- cable supply can be carried out using a power chain;
- Bearing assemblies can be equipped with Lincoln's automatic lubrication system.
