Type CVG (hose and cable fitting, plastic thread)

CVG combined threaded fittings for hoses and cables are made of specially modified polyamide 6 and thermoplastic elastomer. These materials are free of halogens, phosphorus, and cadmium.

CVG combined hose and cable threaded connections offer the following advantages:

  • Quick installation: insert the hose, screw the top on and you're done.
  • No missing parts, condition upon delivery corresponds to condition upon installation
  • Vibration-resistant thanks to the snap-on union nut
  • Full circumference clamping of the hose ensures maximum tensile strength
  • Optimal cable strain relief
  • High level of tightness IP 68/69K up to 6 bar without attachments according to EN 60529
