P223/P233 Electric Lubrication Pumps

For sequential lubrication systems

Likewise series R 203, The P 223/233 pumps feature an integrated control circuit board with metering unit monitoring. These pumps can drive up to three pump elements. The P 233 pump also features a data logging function for transmitting data to the Quickdata 2.0 diagnostic software. The versatile, compact, and economical P 233 pump is enhanced with a low-level monitor, an MDF01 circuit board with a data logging module, and a keypad with display.

Technical characteristics and advantages

    The performance per minute and pump element are specified for NLGI class 2 greases at an ambient temperature of +20 °C (68 °F) and a pressure of 100 bar (1450 psi) at the pump element outlet. A deviation in operating conditions or a change in pump configuration results in a change in the motor speed of 20 rpm and, accordingly, a change in the flow rate per unit of time.
