HP and HPG hand-operated lubrication pumps

For sequential lubrication systems

The HP single-acting, manually operated lever pump is designed for use in sequential lubrication systems to deliver grease through a single outlet. It features a spring-loaded pressure plate and an indicator rod for level monitoring. These pumps can be used with a primary sequential metering device, as well as a secondary metering device.

Like HP pumps, HPG pumps include a dedicated integrated sequential metering unit with eight outlets. This makes the HPG suitable for small, pneumatically driven sequential systems.

The HP pump is supplied with outlet fittings for 6 mm diameter tubing. The HPG pump requires special outlet fittings. Plugs allow the number of outlets to be varied. This allows the lubricant flow to be in increments of 0.2 cm.30.012 inches3.
