Longitudinal and transverse positioning system for loading devices LDSFW-NZ.
LDSFW-NZ – telescopic positioner, ensures movement of the telescopic loader in the horizontal plane, in two directions – along and across the loaded vehicle.
The telescopic loader's positioning and movement system ensures precise guidance and placement of the loading device onto vehicle loading hatches. This system eliminates the need for precise positioning of vehicles being loaded and their subsequent movement; simply positioning the vehicle within the designated loading zone is sufficient.
The LDSFW-NZ telescopic positioner consists of:
- a supporting frame-trolley equipped with wheels, an electromechanical drive and position sensors;
- The LDSFW-NZ system moves along the vehicle using U-shaped guide profiles (the profile is not included in the system delivery);
- A toothed rack is placed along the guides, with which the drive gear of the bogie frame engages;
- transverse movement – also provided by means of toothed racks and a separate electric drive;
- The LDSFW-NZ system is equipped with a rotary switch for operating and emergency positions, designed to limit the movement of the LDSFW-NZ system in both directions;
- The positioning sensor makes it possible to stop the LDSFW-NZ system in a given position based on a certain number of pulses;
- at the bottom of the frame-trolley there is a mounting flange for installing a telescopic loader on it;
- the middle part is a telescopic transport vault, through which the material is transported from the customer’s bin directly to the telescopic loader;
- the upper part is a connecting flange installed on the movable telescopic tube part of the system.
Technical specifications:
- positioning in the horizontal plane, in two directions - along and across the loaded vehicle;
- the amount of movement along the vehicle: up to 1.5 m in each direction from the axis of the telescopic loader;
- the amount of movement across the vehicle: up to 0.5 m in each direction from the axis of the telescopic loader;
- connection flange diameter: 300/400 mm (depending on performance);
- productivity: 250/400 m³/h;
- height of the movement system – determined by the magnitude of the linear movement;
- material execution: black steel / stainless steel / HARDOX;
- operating temperature: - 40°C / +250°C.
