Gear pump unit MKx (MKF, MKL, MKU) with electric drive

For single-line and oil-air lubrication systems

MKx gear pump units are equipped with a pressure regulating valve and a relief valve. Electrical pressure monitoring is performed by a built-in pressure switch, and fill level monitoring is also possible. KFB pumps are controlled either by an integrated electronic control unit or an external control system. MKx units can also be equipped with a pushbutton to activate an intermediate lubrication cycle. The main functions are located on the cover, and a plastic cap protects the electrical components from contaminants such as dirt and dust.

MKU units Provide oil flow with viscosities ranging from 20 to 1500 mm²/s in single-line lubrication systems. These units can be supplied with an optional pressure gauge for visual monitoring of pressure changes in the main pipeline.

MKF units are used in single-line systems for supplying liquid lubricants of NLGI classes 000 and 00.

MKL units supply the oil-air mixture to oil-air lubrication systems.
