The MCP-GO SmartFilter is a compact cartridge dust collector designed to reliably provide clean air in a variety of industrial environments that generate thermal fumes and dust – from manual, robotic and cobot welding systems to plasma and laser cutting processes.
Based on Nederman's advanced MCP SmartFilter technology, the MCP-GO offers a new, more convenient solution for protecting people, production, and the planet. It is a flexible and cost-effective alternative to complex centralized air duct systems.
Available in two sizes, it can be used in systems with airflow requirements of up to 5,000 m³/h (2,950 ft³/min). Its versatility allows for the use of up to five extraction arms, multiple automated welding stations, or a plasma/laser cutting table.

- Six patented high-performance cartridge filters with flame-retardant nanofiber material improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and extend filter life. The cartridges meet ISO 16890 ePM1 80% and ASHRAE 52.2 MERV 14 efficiency ratings.
- Simple and convenient installation and maintenance. Supplied as one or two pre-assembled and wired components, once installed, it provides single-sided access for servicing all critical components.
- Multiple control options to meet customer needs, from a basic filter cleaning controller and fan starter to an advanced Insight Control system with a variable frequency drive (VFD).
