HCC Hose Connection Inspection

For single-line and serial systems

The HCC hose connection monitoring unit is designed to monitor electrically conductive hoses in high-pressure lubrication systems for breaks. If the main or auxiliary lines are faulty, the device immediately alerts the equipment operator. The operation of the HCC hose connection monitoring unit is unaffected by line length, ambient temperature, or pressure fluctuations or drops.

The monitoring system uses non-conductive lubricants or hydraulic fluids and operates at pressures up to 300 bar (4350 psi) in the temperature range from −40 to +70 °C (from -40 to +158 °F).
