Hydraulic lubricator HG 1000/2000

This lubrication system was developed as a cost-effective solution for the automatic lubrication of equipment and tools with a hydraulic circuit. Using a hydraulic lubricator, the centralized automatic lubrication system can be used with devices such as removable lifting mechanisms, compact forklifts, and truck-mounted lifts.

  • A simple piston pump uses hydraulic lines with a safety mechanism

  • Suitable for vehicles and equipment with a safe hydraulic circuit that is not in continuous use
  • The pressure in the pump is raised and lowered by turning on and off the configured hydraulic circuit.
  • The increase and decrease in pressure in the lubrication line, as well as the residual amount of lubricant, are displayed on the pressure gauge of the pump unit.
  • Optional low level alarm can be audible or visual, 12 or 24 VDC
  • Filling nipple with filter
