Designed for optimal belt guidance

The conveyor belt is one of the most expensive components of belt conveyors. Poor belt guidance leads to excessive wear and inevitable premature replacement, resulting in high replacement costs and short service life.

In the area of guide belts, we have made a breakthrough and added a product to our portfolio that actually sets new standards.

Minimal wear – long service life

The new PrimeTracker operates differently from conventional belt guidance systems. Its unique design allows it to act like a standard conveyor belt roller when the belt is moving smoothly, intervening only when the belt moves out of its optimal position. PrimeTracker reacts before the guide roller tilts horizontally. As soon as the conveyor belt drifts off-center, PrimeTracker corrects the movement with minimal effort and very low friction, thereby preventing unnecessary wear.

PrimeTracker effect in case of belt misalignment

The PrimeTracker's specially designed, maintenance-free mount allows the roller's axis to be adjusted in all directions. The rubberized cylinder housing can tilt and oscillate. With gentle pressure, it provides continuous guidance across the entire contact surface. PrimeTracker is physically designed to detect even the slightest deviation of the belt's path from the optimal alignment and respond with the appropriate counterforce. The counterforce applied by PrimeTracker is determined by the degree of belt deviation from the optimal alignment. This is the first belt tracker of its kind, completely different from conventional belt trackers.

PrimeTracker is installed before the low-pressure return drum and at a distance of 3.5 times the belt width. This system can be installed above or below the belt. It is preferably placed on the clean side of the conveyor belt and is available for belt widths from 500 to 2000 mm.

    Masterful belt control

    A new design concept gives PrimeTracker unique characteristics. Thanks to its high mechanical sensitivity, the Tracker continuously intervenes and dynamically adjusts even the slightest misalignment. This principle prevents force-induced belt deflections and reduces intense load moments on the conveyor belt over the long term. PrimeTracker requires no additional auxiliary components, such as side guide rollers or other guides.
    At a relatively low cost, this highly efficient, maintenance-free, and durable tool ensures smooth conveyor belt operation. It also reduces the risk of damage and helps avoid belt repairs and costly downtime.
