High efficiency against dust formation.

Enclosed transfer points on conveyor systems can experience particularly high pressures, resulting in large amounts of dust. DustScrape was specifically designed to address these complex dust filtration challenges and provides a particularly effective solution.

Dust collector

The filter fabric retains dust particles generated as the material falls through the transport stream, while remaining breathable to withstand the resulting excess pressure. A special antistatic filter fabric is designed for dust particles. The special self-cleaning properties of the antistatic filter fabric allow it to retain dust for very long periods. DustScrape is also effective against drift and is available in various filter fabric qualities, depending on the environment, including stainless steel.

DustBox + Sidewall Seal + AirScrape = DustScrape

The DustBox is easy to install, durable, maintenance-free, and contactless, and can be integrated with existing dust collection systems. The combination of the DustBox and AirScrape, a patented side seal (not included), makes the DustScrape a highly effective dust removal system that prevents dust generation, thereby improving worker safety and protecting the environment. It offers a highly efficient, compact solution for operating dust-free conveyor belts at a relatively low cost and without the energy consumption of dust.
