Switching valve EMU 3

For dual-line lubrication systems

The EMU 3 electrically operated changeover valve is designed for dual-line systems. It is particularly suitable for extended dual-line systems in combination with high-flow pneumatic injection pumps.

Technical characteristics and advantages

  • Installed in the middle position with the ability to relieve pressure in both main pipelines in the direction of the pump reservoir during a pause in operation
  • System components are under pressure for less time, therefore their service life is increased
  • Reduced risk of lubricant separation (soap and oil separation)
  • The large diameter of the connecting thread and the distance of the main pipeline allow the pipe diameter to be increased to 30 mm (1 1/4 inches)
