Loading device type NZU 300 VR
The NZU300VR telescopic loader for closed loading is designed for loading bulk, powdery and grain materials into closed vehicles, tanks, containers, bins, containers and hoppers.
Technical specifications:
- productivity 250 m3/h;
- fraction of loaded material: 0-40 mm;
- connection diameter: DN 300 mm;
- manual method of lifting and lowering the loader - winch;
- transport arch consisting of internal cones and external elastic corrugation;
- branch pipe for connection to the aspiration system;
- standard temperature range -40 °C / +80 °C.
Execution:
- the upper (frame) part is a supporting component on which the system for guiding and sagging the cables is installed;
- the middle part – the transport vault – is designed for transporting and directing the loaded material;
- The lower part is a sealing cone with a polymer coating, which is hermetically connected to the loading hatch.
Distinguishing characteristics:
- reliable sealing of the tank loading hatch with a sealing cone;
- reliable three-cable design of the transport arch, eliminating skewing and, as a result, collapse of the telescopic loader;
- transport arch material: black steel;
- execution of the internal transport vault - bowl.
Additional equipment:
- variable design of the transport arch: bowls / tubes;
- variable material execution of the transport arch: stainless steel, abrasive-resistant HARDOX;
- lining of the transport arch: polyurethane, Vautid, HARDOX, CDP (CastoDur Diamond Plates);
- explosion-proof / food-safe design;
- adapters of the required size for the Customer's flange;
- operating temperature range: - 40 + 250 ºС;
- The equipment includes special adapters that allow loading containers with loading hatches of different shapes and sizes, ensuring universal use;
- slide gate valves (manual/electric/pneumatic).
