The NZU300R telescopic loader with a spreader for closed loading is designed for loading bulk, powdery and grain materials into closed vehicles, tanks, containers, bins, containers and hoppers.

Designed for loading materials with a natural slope angle exceeding 30º. Such materials, when free-filling, will not fill the 100% vehicle, leading to increased transportation costs. The NZU 300 R loader ensures uniform material distribution within the vehicle.

As a result, maximum vehicle occupancy is achieved and financial savings are achieved!

Execution:

• the upper (frame) part is a supporting component on which an electric drive with a gearbox, a system for guiding and sagging cables, and limit switches with built-in adjustable position sensors are installed;
• the middle part – the transport vault – is designed for transporting and directing the loaded material;
• The lower part is a polymer-coated sealing cone that seals tightly with the loading hatch. The sealing cone is equipped with a powerful spreader, ensuring uniform filling of the loaded material into the vehicles.

Distinguishing characteristics:

• reliable sealing of the tank loading hatch with a sealing cone;
• the presence of a powerful spreader – to increase the loading volume;
• equipped with a material level sensor that signals the end of the process of filling the container with material;
• Several different types of sensors are used depending on the properties of the material being loaded;
• transport arch material: polyurethane;
• the design of the transport arch is single, does not have an internal guide transport arch;
• A reliable three-cable design of the transport vault, eliminating skewing and, as a result, collapse of the telescopic loader.

• control cabinet/pendant control panel/remote wireless control panel;
• shaking vibrator;
• slide gate valves (manual, electric, pneumatic)
• explosion-proof / food-safe design;
• adapters of the required size for the Customer's flange;
• The equipment includes special adapters that allow loading containers with loading hatches of different shapes and sizes, ensuring universal use;
• It can be equipped with longitudinal and transverse positioning systems for automatic guidance to the loading hatch of the tank.
