Телескопический загрузчик NZO1000S для открытой загрузки – предназначен для загрузки липких сыпучих материалов (гипс, зола) в открытые бортовые транспортные средства, подачи сыпучих материалов на открытые площадки хранения.
Technical specifications:

- транспортный свод, состоящий из внутреннего длинного тубуса (выполненного из черной стали с футеровкой из высокомолекулярного полиэтилена UHMW) и внешней эластичной гофры;

Execution:
- the upper (frame) part is a supporting component on which an electric drive with a gearbox, a system for guiding and sagging cables, and limit switches with built-in and adjustable position sensors are installed;
- the middle part – the transport vault – is designed for transporting and directing the loaded material;
- нижняя часть – пыленепроницаемый колокол, оснащенный резина-тканевыми пластинами, формирующими «юбку», который находится в непрерывном контакте с загружаемым материалом и предотвращает выделение пыли из-под загрузчика. Пыленепроницаемый колокол оснащается датчиком уровня материала, обеспечивающим постепенное поднятие телескопического загрузчика с сохранением постоянного контакта с насыпной кучей материала.
Distinguishing characteristics:
- Dust-free loading is ensured by a dust-proof bell, which is in continuous contact with the loaded material;
- equipping the loading device with material level sensors that ensure gradual lifting of the telescopic loader while maintaining constant contact with the bulk pile of material;
- Several different types of sensors are used depending on the properties of the material being loaded;
- automatic, gradual lifting of the loading device bell, provided by an electric winch and STOP&GO system;
- transport arch material: black steel;
- A reliable three-cable design of the transport vault, eliminating skewing and, as a result, the collapse of the telescopic loader.

- Possibility of implementation with an effective external aspiration system, with the return of captured dust back into the loading process.
