Loading device type NZK 300 EA
The NZK 300EA telescopic loader for combined loading is designed for loading bulk, powdery and grain materials into closed vehicles, tanks, containers, hoppers, as well as into open flatbed vehicles and for delivering bulk materials to open storage areas.
Technical specifications:
- productivity: 250 m³/h;
- fraction of loaded material: 0 - 40 mm.;
- connection diameter: DN 300 mm.;
- transport arch consisting of internal cones and external elastic corrugation;
- the presence of a branch pipe for connection to the aspiration system;
- the method of raising and lowering the dust-proof bell - "skirt" when loading is open - is automatic;
- standard operating temperature range: - 40 + 80 ºС.
Execution:
- the upper (frame) part is a supporting component on which an electric drive with a gearbox, a system for guiding and sagging cables, and limit switches with built-in and adjustable position sensors are installed;
- the middle part – the transport vault – is designed for transporting and directing the loaded material;
- The lower part is a polymer-coated sealing cone that seals tightly with the loading hatch. The sealing cone is equipped with a locking cone, which closes the loading device's discharge opening before it is raised to the top position, preventing dust particles from escaping into the surrounding environment. A material level sensor is mounted on the locking cone, indicating when the container is full of loaded material. The sealing seat cone is equipped with a dust-proof bell with rubber-fabric plates forming a "skirt." During open loading, the bell is in continuous contact with the loaded material, preventing dust from escaping from beneath the loader. The dust-proof bell is raised and lowered automatically by a separate electric drive.

- reliable sealing of the tank loading hatch with a sealing cone;
- the presence of an automatic locking cone, which prevents dust from falling out after loading is complete;
- equipped with a material level sensor that signals the end of the process of filling the container with material and ensures the gradual lifting of the telescopic loader while maintaining constant contact with the bulk pile of material during open loading;
- Several different types of sensors are used depending on the properties of the material being loaded;
- open-type dust-free loading, provided with a dust-proof bell, which is in continuous contact with the loaded material;
- automatic gradual lifting of the loading device, provided by an electric winch and STOP&GO system;
- transport arch material: black steel;
- execution of the internal transport vault - bowl;
- A reliable three-cable design of the transport vault, eliminating skewing and, as a result, the collapse of the telescopic loader.

- equipped with longitudinal and transverse positioning systems for automatic guidance to the loading hatch of a container or the open body of a vehicle;
