Monitoring lubrication systems in hard-to-reach places
The E-SMS-C device is designed for remote monitoring of lubrication systems whose daily inspection is impossible due to natural causes or the specifics of their location.
The device can operate with single-line, dual-line, sequential, and spray lubrication systems using compatible IF or ST control centers. Using a SIM card, the E-SMS-C device exchanges text messages with iOS or Android mobile devices. The monitoring system can send warning messages to up to nine recipients. Messages include warnings about low lubricant levels or low/high pressure, as well as system status information. Users can remotely initiate an additional lubrication cycle and acknowledge alerts. When used with an IF-105 or IF-103 controller, parameters can be set and lubrication settings can be retrieved.
This add-on unit is easy to install. An external antenna improves signal quality.
