Mixing valves MV21 and MV32 … MV38

For use in oil-air lubrication systems

The MV21 and MV32…MV38 have a modular design, allowing for up to eight lubrication line connections (for example, the MV35 has five MV21 connections). Oil supply and metering are accomplished by a single-line metering device connected to a mixing valve and used in a batch lubrication system.

Single-line metering devices meter the lubricant, which is fed to a mixing valve through a pipeline. Compressed air supplied to the mixing valve moves the lubricant into a secondary line and to the lubrication point. The metered volume depends on the number of lubrication cycles in intermittent lubrication systems and the selected volume.
