The MV20x-1 and MV30x-1 feature a modular design and up to eight secondary line connections. Lubricant dosing is adjustable from 0.01 to 0.16 cm3 For each lubrication point. Secondary line connections that are not in use can be closed. For this purpose, a suitable metering screw for zero metering is screwed into the mixing valves.
The MV20x-1 design includes an adjustment screw for setting the compressed air volume. The MV30x-1 design does not allow adjustment of the compressed air volume. Secondary line connections in both designs are available with SKF plug connectors or solderless fittings for 4 mm diameter tubing.
When supplying material to more than 8 lubrication points, an additional mixing valve for oil and air is required. In this case, compressed air is supplied separately to each mixing valve.
