Description
LDSSC-NZ is a screw positioner that allows the telescopic loader to move horizontally in two directions – along and across the loaded vehicle.
Application
The telescopic loader's positioning and movement system ensures precise guidance and placement of the loading device onto vehicle loading hatches. This system eliminates the need for precise positioning of vehicles being loaded and their subsequent movement; simply positioning the vehicle within the designated loading zone is sufficient.
Technical description
The LDSSC-NZ auger positioner consists of:
- support frame with guides providing positioning;
- two mutually connected screw conveyors that feed material into a loading device mounted on the flange of the lower screw conveyor;
- the screws are connected to each other by means of special rotary consoles, allowing the conveyors to change the angles of rotation relative to each other in the horizontal plane;
- movement in the longitudinal direction, both along and across the loaded vehicle, is provided by two independent electric drives.

- productivity: 250 - 400 m³/h;
- height of the movement system – determined by the magnitude of the linear movement;
- material execution: black steel / stainless steel / HARDOX;
- standard operating temperature: - 40°C / +80°C.
