DSB pressure switch

For single or dual line lubrication systems

The DSB series includes mechanical pressure switches designed for use with NLGI grade 1 and 2 greases. The location of the actuator piston within the pressure switch housing ensures continuous grease replacement at the measuring point, preventing grease stratification and oil separation.

Depending on the application, a pressure switch can be single or dual, with or without a measuring port or pressure gauge. The pressure switch is typically installed upstream of the final lubricant distributor.

  • Available in versions with pre-adjustment from 20 to 300 bar (from 290 to 4350 psi)
  • Prevents failures associated with lubricant stratification and oil separation
  • Reliable microswitch technology with changeover contact (NO and NC)

  • Protection class IP 65, corrosion category C3 or C5M
