Description
A pre-separator for collecting and processing lightweight materials such as dust, powder, and other fine dry materials. Suitable for the chemical and construction industries, the pre-separator can be used with medium and large exhaust units, such as RBUs.
The T-frame has space for a Euro pallet between the forklift supports. It houses a pneumatically opening S200 silo combined with a big bag holder. This ensures dust-free unloading of the collected material. An S200 cyclone removes
90–97 % suction material, depending on conditions and material. Standard inlet and outlet diameters are Ø102 (4 inches).
In most vacuum collection and transport systems, pre-separation of the collected material before it reaches the filter is crucial. To avoid clogging in the extraction unit, a pre-separator is required.
