The Maxilube changeover valve is a vital component of dual-line systems used in heavy industry. Over the past decades, it has proven its reliability in a variety of equipment applications in the pulp and paper, metallurgy, and mining industries.

The Maxilube is a compact changeover valve that can also be equipped with an integrated IF-105 control unit. The Maxilube is a pneumatic changeover valve and is an essential component of a pumping station, along with a drum pump unit (MPB or other) and an air pressure regulator. It is often used in dual-line systems, but can also be installed in single-line and sequential lubrication systems. The Maxilube valve can be controlled using a variety of devices, such as the integrated IF-105 control unit or an external control unit. ST-2240-LUB or the customer's distributed control system. Optionally, the Maxilube valve can be monitored using an external control unit using SMS technology.

SMS monitoring and control unit
skf.com-0901d1968090502d-E-SMS-C Control centers can be equipped with SMS messaging devices. In this case, the Maxilube pump unit and control centers can be controlled via SMS messages. Communication is established between the GSM modem of the pump unit or control center and a GSM-enabled mobile phone.
