NRS rotary valves type 4,10,20 and 30

Continuous removal of combustible dust from the dust collector

Category:

Description

The NRS rotary valve is used to transfer material between two separate systems. Pneumatic conveying systems typically require separating a filter or cyclone from a silo at atmospheric pressure. This is an ideal application for the NRS rotary valve.

The rotary valve can be used for most types of materials, although the particle size should not exceed 13 x 13 x 13 mm (0.5 x 0.5 x 5 in).

The NRS rotary valve is modular and robust, constructed from a heavy-duty steel plate. Each module's rotor is equipped with a flexible coupling. This reduces the risk of damage during use and extends the service life of the device. The rotor is equipped with special rubber seals that provide an effective air seal between the inlet and outlet.

This type of rotary valve is also available in an ATEX-certified version for explosive dust types St1 and St2. The NRSZ is a protective system according to the ATEX definition. .

  • Robust construction.
  • Long lifetime. The rotor is equipped with an elastic clutch, which reduces the possibility of damage in use and maximizes the life of the unit.
  • Effective air lock between the inlet and outlet provided due to the special rubber blends.
