Fabric bag dust collector for collecting dust, designed for medium air volumes with high material concentrations.
The NFSZ3000 dust collector is designed for handling medium-volume airflows with high material concentrations. This modular dust collector, made of galvanized sheet steel with a telescopic support, is suitable for outdoor use.
Two different widths are available: Type E 1200 mm (47 in.) and Type J 2400 mm (94 in.). Each filter housing module is equipped with a combination door for controlled explosion pressure relief. The filter is cleaned using regeneration fans. The filter is equipped with a unique patented SUPERBAG.
Medium/large particles are separated in the filter hopper and inlet section (optional), and air is then distributed into the filter bags. The collected material is released through a rotary valve. The rotary valve is used to discharge the material without pressure into a silo, container, or separate transport system. The filter can be supplied for continuous operation or with breaks for cleaning the filter bags every four hours.
