Pneumatically operated pumps 87200, 87216 and 130179

For sequential lubrication systems

SKF modular pumps are designed for the efficient delivery of grease or oil in automated systems using progressive metering devices. Models 87200, 87216, and 130179 are air-driven pumps that require a matching support panel and reservoir. The support panels house all inlets and outlets for the pump and lubrication system, allowing for quick pump removal without disturbing the existing piping. A built-in check valve in the support panel eliminates the need to drain the reservoir for pump removal. Pump cycles are controlled by a timer combined with a three-way valve (supplied separately).

Technical characteristics and advantages

  • No need to dismantle pipelines when removing the pump
  • No need for emptying thanks to the built-in non-return valve in the support panel
  • Precise performance control

Application areas

  • Small-sized sequential systems
  • Printing industry
  • Loading and unloading equipment
  • Metalworking

The support panels are available as intermediate (for use with Modular Lube reservoirs, #87216) or machine-mounted (for use with remote reservoirs, #130179). They include all essential hydraulic fluid and lubricant connections and are supplied with FKM O-rings. All support panels are equipped with a 100 bar atmospheric pressure indicator; 1450 psi.
