Pneumatically driven pumps 82886 and 83668

For single-line lubrication systems

All models are pneumatically driven piston pumps that deliver the maximum volume of lubricant per stroke. Solenoid pneumatic valves and adjustable solid-state timing controls are integrated into the pump body. Transparent acrylic reservoirs with spring-loaded pressure plates are available in several sizes. The pump pumps lubricant during the forward stroke using compressed air. Pressure is released from the lubrication line via a spring-loaded return stroke through a built-in check/relief valve.

Includes a filling fitting for filling the reservoir using the 81834 pump or another hand pump equipped with the 645006 nipple.

Technical characteristics and advantages

  • Individual system components such as a 3/2-way valve, as well as means for regulating pneumatic power and monitoring pump and system operation are available on request.

Application areas

  • Cement industry
  • Woodworking
  • Food industry
