Modular UV dosing units

For sequential lubrication systems

UV are modular dispensing units. They consist of a base panel and dispensing segments. The base panel has one inlet segment, three to eight intermediate segments, and one end segment, which are held in place by three tie rods. This part consists of 3 to 8 dispensing segments (depending on the required number of outlets), which are attached to the base panel. FKM sealing rings are installed between all components.

A minimum of three metering segments is required. Metering segments have single or dual outlets. If a single metering segment or channel combination panel is used, the unused outlet must be plugged. Metering devices must be ordered as separate components.

    Each tie rod model includes three tie rods and three mounting nuts.

    Optional bypass block for model 882000 UV: The bypass block allows for the addition or removal of lubrication points without disturbing the existing system configuration. Mounting screws and Buna-N rubber seals are included.

Accessories

Plug for closing unused outputs.
The External Output Splice Kit combines alternative output channels to combine the volume of two metering segments into a single output.

Atmospheric unloading indicators: rupture disc for relieving high pressure, pressure relief device and lubricant into the atmosphere.
Reset-type operation indicators: The indicator is pushed out by high pressure. Return the indicator to its place after the pressure is released.
All components have 1/8 NPTF (M) threads.
