Oil Conditioning Module OCU

Compact module designed for use in oil circulation systems

The Oil Conditioning Unit (OCU) is an electrically powered unit designed for cooling, filtering, and pumping oil. An oil tank is not included with the unit. Typically, the unit is installed near equipment such as large gearboxes and oil-bath bearing housings. The OCU effectively removes contaminants and cools the oil, extending the life of bearings and gears. Three unit designs are available: with an air-cooling system, a water-cooling system, and without a cooling system, where filtration only is required. To ensure safe operation of systems with large oil baths, low-oil level sensors and instruments with pressure and temperature sensors are included. Even small oil circulation systems can be configured using flow meters and control systems. For very large oil volumes, multiple units can be installed in series to ensure reliable redundant operation. The product range includes a number of corrosion-resistant versions designed for outdoor use or in offshore installations.

The oil conditioning module is available in three versions:

  • Without cooler
  • With air cooler
  • With water cooler

All models operate using a cleaning circuit. Once installed, the system is ready for continuous operation.
