Description
The MCP SmartFilter is a multi-purpose filtration system. It can be configured to perfectly meet specific customer requirements, with an airflow of up to 28,000 m³/h. It is suitable for mist, fumes, and dust, and can be used in a variety of applications, including welding, metal cutting, and general industrial dust.
The modular design allows for solutions with both stand-alone units and multiple units for broader applications. The new, innovative, square-round filter cartridge design optimizes the dust collector's internal area, ensuring high airflow through the cartridges. This reduces the unit's size and, consequently, its footprint.
The filter housing is made of 2mm steel panels, making it easy to install, economical to transport, and corrosion-resistant. This design is designed for long service life with low operating costs.
The Insight cloud-ready controller with advanced pulse cleaning logic provides complete control and monitoring of system operation, as well as a gateway for functional communication with the cloud platform. The filter fully complies with global directives, especially for use with explosive dust (ATEX). The MCP SmartFilter comes with a wide range of accessories, including fans, inlet adapters, dust containers, and more. Cartridges can be selected from a wide variety of filter materials.
