The SKF Lincoln oil injector is designed for continuous, precise lubrication with small volumes of oil. An improved piston design with a reduced diameter ensures high precision and very small delivery volumes.
A constant, low-volume oil flow reduces maintenance time while maintaining machine performance. Furthermore, the very low flow rates help reduce overall oil consumption.
Oil can be supplied from a single central reservoir, a separate reservoir, or a central pressurized supply line. Metering elements can be operated individually or in groups. Reservoir-less oil nozzles can be combined into groups of up to six units to cover six lubrication points.
Fixed volume versions expand the SKF oil injector range.
Oil nozzles perform reliably in applications requiring precise metering, including oil-air lubrication of pneumatic cylinders and spindles, oil lubrication of spindles, and lubrication of assembly tools.
