Description
The NF KG-70 lime feeder holds approximately 70 kg of lime and is equipped with a level indicator that indicates low lime levels. The lime feeder delivers approximately 15 g of lime per stroke, depending on the lime's moisture content.
A typical dosage is approximately 1 g/m³ of air. This results, for example, in 1 stroke every 54 seconds at 1000 m³/h and 1 stroke every 11 seconds at 5000 m³/h. The optimal dosage depends on the application.
The controller is set to continuously supply lime for approximately 5 minutes at filter startup to saturate the filter material.
The lime feeder type NF KG-70 is supplied without a mixing chamber (T-channel), which must be ordered separately.
