Description
SKF LGEM 2 is a high-viscosity grease based on mineral oil and lithium-calcium soap. Molybdenum disulfide and graphite provide additional protection for equipment under high loads, strong vibrations, and slow rotation.
Technical characteristics and advantages
- High oxidation stability
- Molybdenum disulfide and graphite provide lubrication even if the oil film integrity is compromised
Application areas
- Slow-rotating, heavily loaded rolling bearings
- Jaw crushers
- Track layers
- Forklift pulleys
- Construction equipment such as mechanical jacks, crane booms and hooks
