LGEM 2 - High-viscosity plastic grease with solid lubricant additives

Categories: ,

Description

SKF LGEM 2 is a high-viscosity grease based on mineral oil and lithium-calcium soap. Molybdenum disulfide and graphite provide additional protection for equipment under high loads, strong vibrations, and slow rotation.

Technical characteristics and advantages

  • High oxidation stability
  • Molybdenum disulfide and graphite provide lubrication even if the oil film integrity is compromised

Application areas

  • Slow-rotating, heavily loaded rolling bearings
  • Jaw crushers
  • Track layers
  • Forklift pulleys
  • Construction equipment such as mechanical jacks, crane booms and hooks
