Description
The LBP SmartFilter is a round-bag filter designed for continuous operation in many industries, for virtually all types of industrial processes, and for handling difficult-to-handle dust. It can be configured to perfectly meet specific customer requirements, with three different bag lengths, a filter area of up to 266 m², and an airflow of up to approximately 30,000 m³/h (depending on duct characteristics).
The new, flexible product platform allows for filter sizes to be expanded for larger applications. It is suitable for high dust loads, including heavy, abrasive, fibrous, sticky, and agglomerating dust. High-temperature versions up to 200°C are available with suitable filter media.
All LBP units feature large, integrated pre-separation chambers and top-down airflow, which reduces strain on filter bags, improves cleaning, and increases bag life.
Made from 3mm painted steel panels, it is durable, easy to install, economical to transport, and provides adequate corrosion protection for typical industrial applications. It also features thermal heating and insulation.
The LBP SmartFilter offers a wide range of accessories, including fans, dust extraction systems, inlets, outlets, bins, and more, and can also be equipped with a sensor package. Bags are available in a wide variety of materials and finishes, including acrylic, polypropylene, and meta-aramid.
The Insight ready control panel with advanced pulse clearing logic provides complete system operation, including control and monitoring, and a gateway to cloud communications.
