ELF laser label film

ELF dual-layer laser label marking film is ideal for adhesive labels and features high adhesion strength to polyolefin (PE/PP) surfaces, slightly oily substrates and powder coatings.

The polyacrylate film is halogen-free and highly resistant to chemicals, temperature, and other environmental factors. It self-extinguishes within 15 seconds when burned. It also provides excellent coverage over contrasting background colors. Marking and cutting are performed using a marking system.

The user can individually set the size and number of labels within the surface to be labeled.

External exhaust ventilation system

To prevent the formation of strong odors and to protect the health of personnel during laser marking of ELF label films, exhaust air should be vented to the outside air or purified in accordance with legal regulations. An external exhaust system can be connected directly to the MP laser marking system using an adapter.
