The Model 85525 is a microprocessor-controlled controller with a 120 VAC power supply, including a pressure switch and mounting brackets. It is fully programmable and can be used as a timer or controller. Controllers have a wider idle time range than timers and a memory relay for enabling/disabling the pre-lube function. The controller is used to program the lubrication pump cycle frequency. Lubrication cycles are determined by the setting of internal switches, and the cycle time is selected according to system requirements. During operating time, air is supplied to the pump solenoid. A protected pressure switch detects the increase/decrease in pressure in the supply line to signal system operation to the controller or alarm system.
