Solenoid valve 161-110-031

For single-line lubrication systems

Directional valves are used to control the flow of lubricant. They either divide a central lubrication system into multiple circuits (zone actuation) or switch between the circulating and intermittent lubrication circuits. Valves, rated for a maximum pressure of 45 bar, can be used in single-line lubrication systems with metering devices.

Valves for pressure ranges up to 300 or 500 bar are also suitable for sequential systems.

Technical characteristics and advantages

  • Valve guides for low or high viscosity oils and plastic lubricants up to and including NLGI grade 2
  • 2-, 4- or 5-way valve switching functions selectable for zone actuation
  • For single-line systems with sectional supply of lubricants depending on time and quantity
  • Manual triggering capability

Application areas

  • Pulp and paper industry
  • Metallurgy
  • Heavy industry
