Ground exhaust extraction system

Description

With an in-ground system, the hose rises from under the floor during use and retracts into the floor after use. In-floor exhaust systems are particularly suitable for new automotive repair shops in the design phase, as they allow for the design of underground piping. There are two types of in-floor systems: on-floor and under-floor.

On-floor floor system

With the On-floor system, the floor lid opens, and the extraction hose kit is attached to the suction adapter and exhaust pipe. Once the job is completed, the hose is stored away, and the lid returns to its closed position. All standard Nederman nozzles and hoses up to 200 mm in diameter can be used with this system.

Underfloor system

With the Underfloor system, the hose is removed from under the floor during use and retracted into the floor after use. A limited selection of hoses and nozzles is available.

NB! The underfloor system must be designed to accommodate the additional fan power, as the hose and underfloor pipe are not completely sealed.

  • When not in use, keep out of the work area.
  • Hose up to Ø100 mm – for passenger cars and light trucks
  • A complete set of hoses and nozzles for floor systems
